Re:                      New hangar rental policy. 

Effective immediately, please observe the following new hangar rental policies: 

1)    Rent is due on the 1^st of each month, with a 10 day grace period. 

2)    Payments made after the 10 day grace period will be charged a late fee of 20%.

3)    All occupants that are behind on their monthly payments have 30 days to bring their accounts up to date. After 30 days, a 20% late fee will be applied to the outstanding balance, and a 30 day notice to vacate the property will be given.
